PXH series gyratory crusher mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation and intelligent control technology, and to mark gyratory crusher, is a large-capacity, high efficiency and intelligent new crushing equipment, and Compared with the traditional gyratory crusher, it has high crushing efficiency, low use cost, and convenient maintenance and adjustment, which can provide users with more efficient and intelligent capacity coarse crushing solutions.
The above processing capacity is based on the following assumptions: 100% of the feed material passes through 80% of the width of the feed port; 80% passes through 60% of the width of the feed port, and 50% passes through a sieve with a size of 10% of the maximum feed block size. These capacity values apply to materials with a bulk density of 1.6 t / m3 (100 lb / in3).

Gyatory crusher is mainly that the cross section of the upper portion of the lower frame, moving cone portion, the eccentric portion, the drive portion and the cylinder portion, etc., rotated by a motor driven horizontal shaft, a horizontal shaft driven by the eccentric rotation of the gear, and then driven by the eccentric portion in a circular cone movable pivot so as to achieve a continuous extrusion crushed stones.
By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down to conveniently adjust the size of the discharge port and the size of the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object (such as iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically make the moving cone fall, thereby releasing the iron block and continuing to crush.
