Second is to remove the coupling and pulley. When disassembling the coupling and pulley of the cone crusher, you need to add lubricating oil in the gap on the motor shaft of the pulley to facilitate removal. If the shaft and the wheel are tightly matched, the pulley must be heated and used. Cover the shaft with a damp cloth, and then remove the pulley.

The other is to take out the rotor. When disassembling the rotor of the cone crusher, be careful not to damage the stator coil. If the rotor is not heavy, you can remove it by hand but the rotor is heavy, you should use * lifting equipment to lift it out, and use steel wire rope to cover the ends of the rotor.
