Finally check that the power supply is normal and that the protection system is intact.

In the cone crusher in operation, * heat the oil temperature to a suitable temperature and then start the oil pump motor for about five to ten minutes to check the total condition of the lubrication system. If the oil return to the oil is normal and the quality meets the requirements, the main motor can be started. After the cone loader is running for 1-2 minutes, the ore can be fed. When feeding the mine, be careful not to let the ore with high moisture and mud contain the ore. Always check if the water pipes of the equipment are good. Always listen to the normal rotation of the cone crusher gear and whether the motor sound is normal.

When parking, the material in the cavity such as the mine should be s*ped before the motor can be s*ped, and the motor of the oil pump should be s*ped. After parking, carefully check the cone to break the parts to see if there is any damage or missing parts. If there is any problem, deal with it in time.
