1. Vibrating screen model.
In general, the larger the vibrating screen model, the larger the selected amplitude.
2. The influence of the exciter.
The exciter is the main power source of the vibrating screen. The stronger the excitation force generated by the exciter, the larger the amplitude. On the contrary, the smaller the excitation force, the smaller the amplitude.
3. Feeding amount.
The processing capacity of each type of vibrating screen is certain. Select the appropriate model according to production requirements.
4. The influence of vibration frequency.
The higher the vibration frequency, the larger the amplitude of the vibrating screen, and the *er the production capacity.
5. Spring position and stiffness.
The change of the overall stiffness of the spring will produce torque in different directions, causing the vibrating screen to swing and vibrate, affecting the amplitude of the vibrating screen.
Amplitude adjustment: Before adjustment, it should be determined whether the amplitude of the vibrating screen can meet the screening operation requirements when it is in working state. If not, the amplitude can be adjusted. When adjusting, turn off the power *, remove the shield on the vibrator, and then rotate the balance block on the vibrator shaft to change the exciting force generated by the vibrator, place the balance block at the same percentage of the vibrator, and then lock the eccentric block to complete the adjustment of the amplitude. In addition, the amplitude can also be changed by directly adjusting the weight of the balance block or the angle of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the shaft.
Selection of amplitude: Generally, the amplitude is selected by the particle size and properties of the screened material, and different operating conditions select different amplitudes and frequencies. The larger the size of the vibrating screen, the larger the selected amplitude. When the particle size of the processed material is large, the amplitude is also increased accordingly. In addition, select according to the properties of the material. For example, when the linear screen is used for grading, the amplitude is slightly larger, and when it is used for dehydration, the amplitude should be smaller.
