Common faults and solutions of crushers

1. Frequent heating of bearings

Causes: There are many factors that cause bearing heating, such as improper installation, frequent machine vibration, inadequate lubrication, high working environment temperature, bearing quality and wear problems, etc.

Solutions: Install correctly according to the operating instructions, reinforce the machine, add appropriate amount of grease; clean the bearings; replace the bearings, etc.

2. Excessive vibration of the equipment

Causes: The base is loose, the rotor static balance does not meet the requirements when the hammer head is replaced or the cone head is worn; the hammer head is broken, the rotor is unbalanced; the pin shaft is bent or broken; the triangular disk or disc is cracked; the anchor bolts are loose.

Solutions: Tighten the anchor screw mountain, remove the hammer head, and select the hammer head by weight so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the relative hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; replace the hammer head; replace the pin shaft; repair or replace the triangular disk or disc with electric welding; tighten the anchor bolts.

3. Excessive particle size of the material

Reason: The hammer head is too worn; the screen bar is broken.

Solution: Replace the hammer head; replace the screen bar.

4. Decreased output

Reason: Uneven feeding, excessive viscosity and humidity of the material, blocked screen bar;

Solution: Adjust the feeding speed, dry the material, s* the machine to check the screen bar, and clean the gap blockage.

5. Foreign body noise inside the machine

Reason: Foreign body enters the machine; the liner fastener is loose, causing the plate hammer to hit the liner; the plate hammer or other parts are broken.

Solution: S* the machine, clean the crushing chamber; check the fastening of the liner; replace the broken parts. 6. The elastic coupling produces knocking sound

Reason: The pin is loose; the elastic ring is worn.

Solution: S* the machine and tighten the pin nut; replace the elastic ring.
