1. Reasons for excessive oil temperature

If the following situations occur during the production or parameter setting of the equipment: unreasonable hydraulic system settings; improper oil selection; impurities and dirt entering the oil tank; low oil level; oil filter blockage; serious wear of parts; high ambient temperature, etc., the oil temperature will be too high, which will cause certain damage to the hydraulic system;

2. Reasons for air entry

If air enters the cone crusher during use, the volume of air entering the oil will change with the changes in system pressure and crusher temperature, and "emulsification" will occur, hindering the movement of the liquid flow.
