The use of screw conveyor and grid wheel conveyor bag dust collector to capture dust in jaw breaking equipment increases power consumption and equipment maintenance workload. It is often necessary to dismantle the grid wheel feeder, which will exacerbate the degree of air leakage in the ash hopper in the long run.

　In the crushing production line of the industry, the material on the belt conveyor of the jaw breaking equipment enters the closed dust removal hood together with the airflow during the falling process. Dust containing gas diffuses outward through the gaps and holes on the hood wall, polluting the environment. In order to reduce dust caused by air leakage from the shell of the jaw breaking equipment, in actual production, water is often sprayed at the inlet of the crusher when the material is dry, which exacerbates the blockage of the filter bag paste bag and the feeder of the bag filter. Due to the intermittent cleaning process of bag filters, the air leakage of the partition wheel is also an issue that cannot be ignored for the dust generated during the production of jaw breaking equipment when the filter is working normally.
