1. Check whether the vortex chamber is closed before driving.
2. Check the direction of rotation of the impeller, as seen from the direction of the inlet. The impeller should roll counterclockwise, otherwise the motor cable should be adjusted;
3. The sand making machine must be started at no load. After the sand making machine is running normally, it can be fed. The starting sequence of the sand making machine and the conveying equipment is: discharge → sand making machine → feeding, the order of s*ping is opposite to the starting sequence;
4. The incoming granules are strictly in accordance with the demarcation requirements. It is forbidden to enter the sand making machine larger than the designated materials, so as to avoid blocking the impeller passage and the central feeding pipe, and the feeding force is continuously averaged;
5. When the discharge equipment is s*ped, the feeding should be s*ped in time;
6. During the operation of the sand making machine, if there is severe vibration and abnormal noise, it should be checked immediately;
7. When the sand making machine is working, add appropriate amount of grease;
