Analysis of Oil Leakage Causes of Cone Crusher

　　In production operation, cone crusher is a common crushing equipment, but in long-term operation, we found that the equipment may have some oil leakage. 　　1. Failure of the sealing device

　　During production, pay attention to check the O-ring between the transmission shaft frame and the main frame, the nylon sealing ring between the oil collector and the oil slinger, and the wear condition of the O-ring between the oil slinger and the transmission shaft. After these parts are applied, they will suffer from wear and deformation, lose the necessary elasticity of the seal, and the failure of the sealing device will cause the problem of oil leakage of machinery and equipment.

　　2. The oil return pipe is blocked

　　The reason for oil leakage may also be that the oil cannot be quickly drained inside the equipment, especially when the oil temperature is low, so during production, pay attention to check whether there is any dirt inside the main oil drain hose or pipeline, and check the transmission shaft frame under the transmission shaft. Check whether there is dirt in the long hole, otherwise it will cause the accumulation of dirt to block the oil flow and cause oil leakage. If the oil return hole of the cone crusher is too small, oil will leak from the lubricating oil part, and the oil return amount is small, so that the gear cannot be lubricated well. The problem of oil leakage from the shape tile and poor lubrication of the bevel gear.

　　3. Inappropriate work pressure

　　If the working pressure of the crusher's lubrication system is improper, the lubricating oil enters the lower part of the main shaft from the oil inlet pipe, and through the friction of the lubricating friction plate, the oil will be ejected from the shaft gap, causing the lubricating oil to leak down along the outer circle of the sealing cylinder.

　　4. Unreasonable parts clearance

　　If the gap between the inner wall of the bottom oil pool of the main engine and the oil baffle of the counterweight is too small, the lubricating oil thrown into it will easily form an oil seal under the action of tension during the working process of the cone crusher. Driven by air pressure, the oil seal will continuously overflow from the dust ring along the inner wall of the base of the main unit.
