What should I do if the crusher won't start?

　　In the process of using the crusher, it may happen that the crusher is difficult to start, especially in winter. So what makes the crusher difficult to start in winter, we know that a set of *crushing equipment has a very large workload every day. If the crushing equipment works for a long time, regular maintenance is required. Next, I will introduce the problem of starting the device.

1. If the crusher does not start, it is necessary to check whether the bottom power supply, plug and power cord have oxygen falling off, and whether the outer skin has broken marks. If not, plug in the power cord, power up and debug.

　　2. When the crusher does not start when it is powered on, and the wheel can turn when it is tapped by an object, it can be concluded that the two starting capacitors inside the motor have failed. In this case, it is recommended to replace the startup capacitor before starting and retrying.

　　3. There is another situation, the crusher does not rotate when powered on normally, and can only rotate with the help of external force. However, when there is current noise inside the motor, it may be caused by a slight leakage of the starting capacitor. If the current noise is too high to start the motor, it is concluded that the short circuit of the start capacitor is caused. If you don't have an instrument, you can remove the capacitor *, then plug the two wires into the neutral and live jacks to charge the capacitor, then remove the capacitor and unplug the two wires to discharge. If there is a discharge spark and "pa" appears, the capacitor is charged and ready to use. If the spark and noise are weak, it means that the capacity of the capacitor is reduced. You can choose to get a new one or add a small one. If the capacitor is shorted, do not use this method, but replace with a new capacitor of the same specification. The metal crusher can be used normally.

The long running time and the long use time of the rubber V-belt cause the perimeter of the crushing equipment to become long due to the action of pulling force during the rotation process, and the maintenance personnel fail to adjust the belt tension in time, resulting in the loose V-belt * to slippage and difficulty in starting.
