What should be paid attention to in the production process of cone crusher

　　Due to the harsh working environment, heavy smoke and dust, and the lack of timely maintenance of some customers, the cone machine often encounters various problems during operation. Generally speaking, the cone machine should pay attention to the following problems during operation to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

1. Equipped with iron removal equipment to avoid the crushing cavity going over the iron. If the iron is often worn, it is likely to cause a safety accident of off-axis.

　　2. The production and manufacturing must be carried out under full load, otherwise the particle size distribution of the product will be too coarse.

　　3. The bulk density in the production line is distributed throughout the application, so as to maximize the efficiency of the cone machine.

　　4. The working pressure of the torsion spring should not be too tight. If the working pressure is too high, the shaft will rupture. If the working pressure is too low, the torsion spring will often vibrate, which will endanger normal work and make the particle size distribution of the product coarser.

　　5. The ambient temperature of the grease should not be too high or too low, otherwise it will endanger the operation. Grease should be replaced from time to time, and it should not be very dirty. Too much dirt will speed up the wear of the gear, the bowl and the coupling, and even cause the coupling to wear out.

　　6. The assembly of the synchronous belt should not be too tight, otherwise the rotating shaft will not be easy to rotate or break easily, and the feeding material should not be too wet or too sticky, nor too much fine particles, nor too large, causing traffic jams.

　　7. When working, the feed should be evenly distributed, and no false coagulation is allowed. If the feed is uneven, the production capacity will be reduced, the product particles will be too large, the torsion spring will move frequently, the pressure of the bowl rolling bearing will be large, and the * loss will increase.
