1. The sieve hole is blocked
When the mud content and water content in the feed are high, the material will stick to the screen holes and block the screen holes.
Solution: At this time, the sieve holes should be cleaned *, and then the water spray amount and the inclination of the sieve surface should be adjusted appropriately.
2. The sieve hole is seriously worn
When the screen is used for a long time, the screen holes will be worn seriously, which will seriously affect the screening effect.
Solution: The worn screen holes should be repaired. When the wear is serious, the screen layer should be replaced. 3. Uneven feeding of the sieve
When the feeding trough is too narrow, the material cannot be evenly distributed along the entire screen surface, so that the screen surface cannot be used, which will affect the screening effect.
Solution: Adjust the width of the feeding trough to make the feeding of the sieve uniform.
4. The material is too thick and the inclination angle is not enough
Excessive thickness of the material on the screen may be caused by the increase of the feeding amount, the blockage of the screen hole, and the small inclination of the screen surface. In    practical applications, the inclination angle of the screen surface is more suitable at 20°. Generally, the inclination angle of the circular vibrating screen is selected in the range of 16 to 20°.
Solution: Elevate the rear support seat and adjust it according to the specific situation.
