How to maintain the cone crusher during operation? 　　
1, In the production operation of the cone crusher, the feeding should be even and stable. If the feed is uneven, the production capacity decreases, the product size is too large, the spring moves frequently, the bowl bearing pressure is high, and the power consumption increases.
　　

2, There should be iron removing device to prevent iron from crushing cavity. If you pass the iron frequently, it may cause a broken shaft accident.
　　
3, The crushing rate of the sand and gravel production line must be reasonable in order to give full play to the efficiency of the cone crusher. 　
　
4,The spring pressure should not be too tight. If the pressure is too high, the shaft will break. If the pressure is too low, the spring bounce will become frequent, which will affect the normal production of the cone crusher, and the product size will become coarser. 　　

5, Pay attention to the temperature of the lubricating oil, the temperature of the lubricating oil should not be too high or too low, which is not conducive to the normal operation of the machine. The lubricating oil should be changed frequently and not too dirty. Too dirty will accelerate the wear of gears, bowl shoes and bushings and kill them.
　　
6,The transmission belt cannot be installed too tightly, otherwise the transmission shaft will not rotate flexibly or break too loosely, otherwise it will cause the cone crusher to jam. 　
　
7, The feed should not be too wet or sticky, and the fine particles should not be too large, otherwise the car will be stuffy. The silt at the discharge port of the cone crusher can also cause a stuffy car.
