1, Sampling inspection of materials
Carry out random inspections on each batch of incoming materials. When it is found that the nature of the materials fluctuates significantly, adjust the main parameters of the crusher such as: clamp angle, eccentric shaft speed, output and motor power, etc., to make them consistent with the incoming materials. Correspondingly, this can not only improve the crushing efficiency of the equipment but also reduce the wear of the jaw plate.

 2, Do a good job of tightening when installing the jaws
Pay attention to the tightening of newly installed jaws, and ensure that the jaws are in smooth contact with the surface of the body (moving and fixed jaws). A layer of lead board, plywood, cement mortar and other materials with better plasticity can be placed between the two surfaces. The assembly requirement for the movable jaw and the fixed jaw is that the tooth crest of one jaw is aligned with the tooth groove of the other jaw, that is, the movable jaw and the fixed jaw are in a basic meshing state.

3, The jaw plate should be made of materials with high hardness to resist extrusion micro-cutting failure; materials with sufficient toughness should be chosen to resist fatigue failure caused by chiseling impact. At the same time, improvements have been made in the structure of the tooth plate to reduce the relative movement of the material and the tooth plate. Since the jaws are usually made up and down symmetrical, the worn jaws at the lower part can be used upside down during minor repairs.
