However, no matter how strong the equipment is, there may be problems, such as the problem of eccentric shaft and bearing wear, so how to repair the eccentric shaft and bearing of the jaw crusher?
1,Repair of eccentric shaft
The main wear forms of the eccentric shaft include severe wear of the journal and eccentric section journal, excessive bending of the axis and fatigue fracture. If the shaft is straightened and corrected and the broken shaft is replanted and repaired, the repair process is complicated and the repair quality is not easy to guarantee. Therefore, it is rarely used. If this kind of phenomenon occurs, only scrap it or change the shaft material for other purposes. A small amount of abrasion on the journal or a slight large-area wear or pull track can be repaired by hand grinding or diamond grinding; it can also be repaired by on-site brush plating. Heavier wear can be repaired by the following 3 methods. (1)Turn the worn journal to light, and process it with a small amount of processing under the premise of ensuring the design surface roughness. Then, based on the machined journal size and its deviation, the bearing is prepared according to the original design matching *.
(2) Manual arc welding surfacing on the surface of the journal, and then cutting to achieve the original design journal size. When surfacing welding, the surfacing welding process should be selected correctly to prevent the bending deformation of the distracting shaft. Welding rod should be selected reasonably during surfacing welding, the diameter of the electrode should be small, and the current intensity should not be too high. A reasonable centering reference should be selected during the post-surfacing process to maintain the operation accuracy after assembly.
2, Repair of bearing
Commonly used sliding bearing materials are bronze and babbitt alloy. Jaw crusher with circulating lubrication, due to good lubrication and cooling conditions, there is less accidental wear of the bearing. When the bearing bush is worn, replace the new bush to restore its *. Bearings lubricated by oil sump or dry oil have more accidental wear, and they are generally repaired by manual scraping. More serious wear can be repaired by local repair welding and scraping. The scraping of the bearing bush lining should meet the following requirements: the contact range (ie contact angle) between the lower bush and the shaft is 600°-900°; within the contact range, the contact accuracy should reach 1-2 contact points within 1 cm2; the bush lining There should be a proper side clearance between the two sides and the journal. The upper bush and the bearing should have a specified * clearance. The * clearance is *ly 0.1%-0.2% of the journal diameter, and the side clearance is half of the * clearance; between the bush and the shaft There should be proper axial clearance between them.
