1. The discharge speed is too slow or the discharge port is blocked. 2. The eccentric shaft tightens the bushing loose. The eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher is an important part in the crushing chamber. It needs continuous rotation to make the crushing parts play a crushing role. However, when the eccentric shaft tightening bushing becomes loose, the eccentric shaft will be stuck and cannot be rotated anymore. Naturally, the crusher will not work, and material blocking will occur.

3. The supplied voltage is too low. The motor of the jaw crusher needs a certain voltage to work normally. If the voltage is too low, even if the motor can rotate it, the power generated is not enough to crush the crushing cavity. In this case, a large amount of stone will be blocked in the crushing cavity, forming a blockage.
