1. Turn off the jaw crusher regularly and check the machine. When any stone crushing equipment is switched on and off, you should pay attention to regularly shut down the jaw crusher to check the internal wear of the machine, such as the center feed pipe, cone cap, upper and lower runner linings of the impeller, circumferential guards, and wear resistance. The wear level of the block, replace the more severely worn parts in time, and repair these parts. At the same time, pay attention to the weight, model and size of the replacement parts, and be sure to replace them according to the original part parameters. 2. Jaw broken conveyor belt should be checked regularly. The broken jaw conveyor belt is indispensable in the stone production line, and the driving of the machine is the contribution of the conveyor belt. Regularly adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt to ensure uniform force on the conveyor belt. When driven by dual motors, the triangle belts on both sides should be grouped and matched to make the length of each group as consistent as possible. If you find that the conveyor belt is severely worn, please replace it in time.
3. Lubrication of mechanical parts. The jaw crusher adopts Mobil Car Grease Premium or 3 Lithium-based grease. Appropriate amount of grease is added every 400 hours of work; after 2000 hours of work, the main shaft assembly is opened to clean the bearings; the general work is 7200 hours to replace new bearings.
In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of the jaw crusher, in addition to the correct operation of the jaw crusher, planned maintenance must be carried out, including daily maintenance and inspection minor repairs, medium repairs and overhauls.
Maintenance method of jaw crusher:
1. The main content of minor repairs includes checking and repairing the jaw break adjustment device, the clearance of the high-speed discharge port, and adjusting or replacing the worn liner. Overhaul the transmission part, lubrication system, and replace the lubricating oil. The period of minor repairs is about 1-3 months.
2. In addition to all minor repairs, the medium repair also includes replacing thrust plates, liners, checking and repairing bearings, etc. The period of intermediate repair is generally about 1-2 years.
3. In addition to all the work of the middle repair, the overhaul also includes the replacement of the turning eccentric shaft and the moving jaw spindle, the casting of the babbitt alloy on the upper part of the connecting rod head, and the replacement or repair of various wearing parts. The overhaul period of the jaw crusher is generally About 5 years.
