How to maintain the hydraulic system of cone crusher

Its main advantages are high output, low use cost, exquisite structure, simple operation, less maintenance, wide application range and high utilization rate. Among them, the hydraulic cone crusher is improved on the basis of the traditional cone crusher, with large crushing capacity and high production efficiency. The key is the hydraulic system. So how is the hydraulic system of the hydraulic cone crusher maintained?

 How do we properly maintain the hydraulic system of the cone crusher?
1. Ensure the inside of the cone crusher is clean, and the dust generated during ore processing is relatively large, so pay attention to the removal of dust during use, and also prevent water from entering the hydraulic oil.

2. To ensure the cleaning of the hydraulic system, it is recommended to use the same type of hydraulic oil for cleaning, otherwise, it may cause damage to the cone crusher.

3. When replacing the hydraulic oil, it is necessary to pay attention to the use of the filter when adding the hydraulic oil, and also to ensure that the filter is clean. When refueling is appropriate, you must follow the range of the specified oil level.

4. Pay attention to the replacement time of the hydraulic oil. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic crusher shortly after the machine is s*ped. This will help to drain the oil and sediment and then inject new hydraulic oil.

From the above maintenance items, we see that the replacement of hydraulic oil occupies a very important role in the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the cone crusher. So, how to judge whether the hydraulic oil should be replaced? Mainly look at the "three major elements":

1. Degree of oxidation. Generally, the new hydraulic oil is relatively light in color, and no obvious odor appears. However, with the use of time, long-term high temperature oxidation can deepen the color of the hydraulic oil. If the color of the cone crusher hydraulic oil is found to be dark brown, With the odor, the hydraulic oil has been oxidized and needs to be replaced with new oil.

2, water content. The water content of cone breaking hydraulic oil will affect its lubrication *. When a large amount of water enters the hydraulic oil, because the water and oil are not compatible, a turbid mixture will be formed during mixing. At this time, we need to replace the hydraulic oil to avoid affecting the * of the cone break.

3, impurity content. In the process of cone breaking, due to constant collision and grinding between various components, it is easy to produce debris, which will inevitably enter the hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil contains a large amount of impurities, not only the quality will be reduced, but also the parts with broken cones may be damaged. Therefore, after using the hydraulic oil for a period of time, be sure to check the content of impurities in the hydraulic oil.
