The newly purchased sand making equipment has a running-in time, and it is necessary to run in between the sand making equipment and the supporting crusher and screening equipment. How long does it take for VSI's new sand making machine to pass through during the operation of the sand making machine equipment parts and raw materials? How to spend the break-in period?
1. Pay attention to check the level of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and oil (water), and pay attention to check the tightness of the whole machine;
2. Keep the machine clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time to prevent loosening and aggravate component wear or cause component loss;
3. When the grinding cycle is s*ped, the machine should be forced to perform maintenance, inspection and proper adjustment, and pay attention to oil change at the same time.
4. Pay attention to the work load of the sand maker during grinding. In general, the working load during grinding must not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and an appropriate working load should be arranged to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the sand making equipment and machinery.
5. Pay attention to check the instrument frequently. If there is any abnormality, s* the machine in time to eliminate it. Before the cause is found and the fault is not eliminated, the operation should be ended.
6. The normal operation of sand making machines such as VSI sand making machine, third generation sand making machine, and counter-attack sand making machine cannot be separated from the protection of lubricating oil. However, sand mold equipment often has poor lubrication during the running-in period. In severe cases, it can cause abrasion or blockage on the friction surface of the precision fit, resulting in failure. Why is that?
This is because the fitting gap of the new VSI sand making machine parts is small, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fitting gap, and the lubricating oil (grease) does not easily form a uniform oil film on the friction surface, thereby reducing the lubrication efficiency. Causes abnormal early wear of parts. Therefore, in the grinding process, the sand making equipment should pay more attention to lubrication.
